Why we love VoIP

It was the early days of 2012 and our business was booming. We had finally landed a major client that would keep us busy for months on end. But then, disaster struck. The city’s maintenance service crews severed the leased-line past our point of responsibility; meaning our ISP had to send a service crew down to repair the damage. To our dismay, it would take 72-hours just for the request to reach a service crew which would render our VoIP services inoperable for one entire business week. Franticly, we attempted to use Skype as a temporary solution, but due to the call volume our tele-marketers and support desk utilized, we began breaking the acceptable-use policy set forth by Skype;

The migration to a cloud-based server was a huge success! Not only did our team not have to deal with any hassle, but we were also able to iterate on our new features quickly and easily. Our staff is now able to communicate with each other seamlessly, no matter where they are in the world. Thanks to our new cloud solution.
